On January 25, SieMatic welcomed four architecture firms to the grand finale of the “Short Cooking Races” at the SieMatic Flagship Store in Milan. On each event, three teams challenged each other in cooking the best dish. A jury, consisting of 40-50 journalists and architects, chose the winner.
